HERE Platform Business Operations team is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead projects that create efficiencies, supporting strategies for continuous improvement to our Go-to-Market sales processes; and any efforts to reduce the time sales personnel spend on administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Targeting improvements and managing projects for various systems, tools, and processes including but not limited to:
  • Collect and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into solution directions in collaboration with the DEVOPS team
  • Assist in development and execution of UAT plans
  • Communicate progress to project stakeholders
  • Produce end-user documentation to outline system functionality
  • Support local implementation of global programs together with teams in Region.
  • Provide input and put forth ideas for systems’ design and improvements

• Develop relationships and processes with sales stakeholders including finance, regional sales operations, products and global sales operations to identify and address issues
• Identify operational issues, gaps in processes and systems, and drive timely resolution
• Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed

• Degree in engineering/technical/Business field is ideal
• At least 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing planning, systems/tools, or a sales/marketing operations
• Experience of Salesforce platform is a must
• Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)
• Project management and/or business process management certification or equivalent experience would be nice
• Experience working with global teams

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, and adeptly move from one to another
• Ability to deal with a diverse segment of stakeholders – sales, IT, finance, products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
• Ability to communicate and manage change
• Comfortable working closely with both Sales and IT
