Job description: 

Are you passionate about navigation technology and ready to take on a critical role in a dynamic, multinational environment? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to join our Platform Products team at HERE Technologies.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll be the fundament of our team, working closely with our program managers and product managers to facilitate the seamless execution of our product operations – for which you will be the company point of contact. Your focus will be on ensuring operational rigor as we transition to new business models and enhance our platform infrastructure. You will be closely involved in larger projects and programs where you will have the ability to learn about HERE products and customers.

Our team is at the heart of the new platform at HERE. We take care of the entire HERE Product Catalog, which is central to further scaling of HERE business on a fully digitized user experience. Our cross-company impact runs deep, as we are key in ensuring successful product launches while at the same time seeking to optimize customer, seller, partner and developer experience.

The team is located between Amsterdam in the Netherlands and Krakow in Poland. When you want to go to the office, you will be joining colleagues at a rapidly growing HERE R&D hub in Krakow. Next to an exciting and buzzling office, we offer plenty of hybrid working flexibility and the possibility to work from anywhere for given periods of time.

Key responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the Product Catalog of HERE within the Zuora system
• Ensure Product Revenue Models are aligned with industry best practices & product strategy
• Quality Assurance on Product Platform integration for Product launches
• Point of Contact for all Product Operations matters

Personality and skills:

We are looking for a curious, eager to learn and result oriented personality with some of the following skills (a combination with more than two of the below is enough to apply): 

• Experience in a Subscription Management system or CPQ (e.g. Salesforce CPQ, Aria, Zuora, Chargebee)
• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing Operations or Product Operations
• Basic Data Analytics (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI or other tool)
• Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge
• Basic technical / IT systems knowledge (System architecture and integrations, bug resolution management and ability to understand APIs)
• Complex problem solving skills and customer oriented mindset 
• Solid Project Management skills
