As our Senior Finance Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and maintaining intricate financial models that align with HERE's strategic vision. Your ownership of the Long-Term Planning calendar will ensure that key milestones are communicated effectively, keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout the planning cycle.

In addition to your analytical prowess, your ability to zoom in on data and perform detailed global financial analysis will be invaluable in supporting key business decisions. Your keen eye for competitive analysis and benchmarking will provide strategic insights that drive our competitive advantage in the market.

• Lead in the creation and maintenance of detailed financial models to support HERE financial and long-term strategic objectives; in addition to be experienced creating write-ups and presentations to C-level executives
• Partner with Finance leadership team in the preparation of board materials, monthly reporting for our management team, and other ad hoc presentations
• Ownership of the LTP calendar, which is used to communicate key dates around long-term planning cycle
• Perform ad hoc global financial analysis to support key business decisions
• Competitive analysis and benchmarking
• Develop a robust understanding of HERE, its products, its markets, and its internal organization to facilitate detection of issues and communicate them effectively to senior management.
• Communicate extensively with key personnel and build relationships not only within the Finance function but across HERE.

• To excel in this role, you'll need 8-10 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting, with an MBA preferred.
• Your expertise in financial planning, modeling, and analysis, coupled with your strong working knowledge of MS Office software, will set you up for success.
• And your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and credibility, fostering supportive relationships across the organization.
