As a Well-being & EMEA Benefits Analyst at HERE, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture of well-being. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of well-being programs while ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our benefits offerings in EMEA. Responsibilities:

• Well - being: Lead globally the HERE well-being initiatives, identifying opportunities and themes, coordinating webinars and managing implementation to promote employee wellness
• EMEA benefits: Provide guidance on benefits operations in the EMEA region, ensuring compliance, supporting benefits renewals, implementing new plans, and fostering strong vendor relationships.
• Continuous improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and legislative changes, collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Sourcing Legal, Accounting) to enhance processes and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min. 2 years of well-being & benefits related experience.
• Initiative and Curiosity: Be a self-starter with a thirst for knowledge, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and eager to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Organizational skills: Demonstrate excellent time and project management abilities, with capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Customer centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of current well-being and benefit practices and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the aptitude to learn new systems and tools quickly.
