What's the role?

Are you ready to boost or kickstart your sales career by growing our customer base in our key markets, Automated and Connected Driving, Fleet Management and Supply Chain in the vibrant centre of Eindhoven?

 

We are an international and co-located team of 12 sales enthusiasts in charge of qualifying inbound leads, and executing outbound prospecting campaigns. We work with global brands, partners, developers, and customers so that together we can move the world forward!

 

As a Location Technology leader, @HERE is looking for a Sales Development Rep who is ready to take their commercial career to the next level.

 

If you possess excellent English language skills and you speak any other European language (Dutch, German, or/and French are preferred) we want to hear from you!

 

We are seeking individuals with a great proactive mindset, who are sales-savvy and enjoy the client-facing part of it, and feel ready to join a fantastic team that delivers results with no excuses. 

 

You as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) closely work with the sales and marketing teams to generate B2B leads with validated budget , authority relevant needs, time-bound projects and concrete next steps to be discussed with HERE Sales team. The SDR will work within a specific market and region to maximize the potential of the target accounts defined in cooperation with the sales team.

 

  • Achieve agreed lead generation and pipeline creation targets
  • Conduct research using a variety of different techniques including social media mining of target prospects and accounts for profiling
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients in sales and marketing
  • Identify account development potential within assigned accounts by studying and researching current business, qualifying key target buyer personas, identifying and evaluating additional needs and analysing opportunities
  • Initiate the sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments through multi-touch methods including but not limited to Calls, Emails, Online Messages, Posts, Comments, Media Likes and Shares
  • Be the voice of the market by sharing learnings from engagement with prospects: persona descriptions, identified needs, competitive intelligence, and relaying prospect reactions
  • Learn fast by attending internal trainings, reading professional publications, interacting with colleagues and learning on the job
  • Be a teammate; share knowledge, keep learning, and remain open to unlearn when needed to maintain our always-collaborative and positive atmosphere.

 

 

Who are you?

Experience required

  • Preferred experience in the tech industry
  • Experience generating qualified leads through cold calling in EMEA region is a plus
  • Besides fluent in English, you are native or fluent in another European language
  • Demonstrated basic social selling skills
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of consistent target achievement
  • Able to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development
  • IT / Technology savvy
  • Performance driven, competitive mindset, proactive and curious!

 

Skills required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Knowledge in the use of Outreach or similar sales technology
  • Familiar with social media of all types
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn 
  • Ability to conduct research via social media and internet in general to gain insight into client’s needs
  • Demonstrated ability and professional presence to converse and engage with senior level decision makers.
