In this position role you will be part of the Platform Health team which is dedicated to ensuring the reliability and stability of HERE services. Our team focuses on conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), identifying and remedying systemic issues, and performing game days to enhance the reliability of the services delivered to HERE customers. We work closely across the HERE engineering community to maintain high standards of service and to prevent future disruptions. The team is a group of DevOps Engineers with hands-on experience in managing large-scale systems. We are committed to maintaining a 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensuring that our services meet customer expectations.
