This new team serves as the cornerstone and a center of gravity for our quality practices  aiming to set and maintain high standards across our products and processes. The team will work with key stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), enhance testing methodologies, and align our practices with industry and customer expectations, we seek to set a new standard of quality that establishes HERE as an industry leader.   

Within this broader initiative, the to be build Quality Transformation & Analytics Team plays a critical role. By collaborating across our value chain, we identify high-impact opportunities for improvement, support program management and ensure results are delivered and deliver clear, actionable insights that resonate with both customers and employees and enable proactive management decision making 

The role 

As the Lead Quality Analytics Specialist, your expertise in both data analytics and communication will be critical to our success.  

You’ll leverage your analytical skills to uncover key data trends, transforming complex information into actionable insights that guide our strategic direction. Equally, your ability to communicate these insights effectively—crafting clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences—will ensure that data-driven decisions resonate across the organization.  

This role is ideal for someone who combines a proactive, analytical mindset with exceptional communication skills, enabling impactful, results-oriented storytelling through data. 

What will you do 

• Data Discovery & Analysis - Identify trends and patterns within business data, supporting quality improvement across the organization. 

• Data Modeling - Collaborate with the data architect to develop and optimize a business information data warehouse. 

• Business Intelligence -  Drive insights distribution, partnering with visualization teams to present data meaningfully. 

• Monitoring & Reporting - Track critical metrics, alerting the business to potential risks and crafting executive summaries to support high-impact communications. 

• Quality Storytelling - Create a compelling quality narrative in accessible language, supporting end-to-end communications for the transformation program. 

• Analytical Expertise - Skilled in data and process analysis, with proficiency in tools like Tableau and dashboards. 

• Curiosity & Proactivity - A dynamic mindset with a knack for simplifying complexity and distilling clear insights. 

• Communication Savvy - Ability to articulate complex data in concise, accessible language, making insights actionable and compelling. 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience (4+ years) in business analysis with a focus on data interpretation, visualization, and executive summary creation. 

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong business acumen. 

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations and narratives. 

• Strong organizational skills, adept at working across abstraction levels and managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
