We are the Business Planning team within Product Strategy & Enablement and our mission is the following: Make the invisible, visible, to ensure clarity and precision in decision-making for our leaders and teams. 

Our team collaborates with exceptional colleagues across HERE Technologies, spanning Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations, to name a few. The Role: 

As a Senior Business Planning Manager, you’ll lead by influencing and building consensus to address conflicts, prioritization, and funding requirements across Product, Sales, and Operations teams. You’ll apply a process-driven mindset to identify and resolve challenges. Some of the key responsibilities will be the following: 

• Define and develop roadmapping requirements tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders. 

• Ensure integrated roadmaps provide a clear and comprehensive view of plans across the entire product stack, highlighting dependencies and driving coordinated action to align with market priorities and achieve targeted outcomes. 

• Conduct and present data-driven analyses to support funding decisions and operational requirement requests. 

• Oversee the processes and tools necessary for streamlined and effective integrated planning. 

• Provide support for ad-hoc strategy, enablement, and planning initiatives within the Product Strategy & Enablement Team. 

You are a collaborative and analytical thinker with 8+ years of experience in product, strategy, or related fields. You excel at breaking down complex challenges, making data-driven decisions, and leading impactful initiatives. Here’s what you bring: 

• Stakeholder Collaboration and Influence: A proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams, by clearly communicating and presenting actionable insights. 

• Strategic and Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in financial analysis, investment planning, and performance tracking to drive data-informed decisions and optimize outcomes. 

• Project Management and Adaptability: Expertise in managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, and achieving goals in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms, with a strong track record of evaluating metrics and delivering actionable insights. 

• Collaboration and Impact Focus: Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in open, collaborative environments where you can help create innovative solutions and drive meaningful results. 

We value diverse backgrounds and seek candidates with strong skills, curiosity, and a passion for making an impact. Although Not Required, an MBA or consulting experience is a plus.
