What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation of the Varicent compensation tool
• Automate and optimize Sales Compensation processes
• Integrate Varicent with the Sales Planning system
• Develop end-to-end solutions in Varicent v10 – from design to implementation
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of business requirements
• Maintain high coding standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
• Follow Agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
• Support system operations and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Collaborate on future projects to introduce new tools and systems

• Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM v10 
• Experience with Varicent Workflow and Webform components
• Understanding of compensation systems and how they integrate into business processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• SQL proficiency – strong in data handling and query optimization
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
• Knowledge of relational database design and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A proactive and innovative mindset
• Fluent English

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM
• Varicent Certification
• Python knowledge
