As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping HERE’s financial future.

You support long-term planning and financial forecast processes across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. In this role, you report directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed financial models that support HERE’s strategic and financial goals.
• Turn complex data into clear, compelling write-ups and presentations for our C-level executives.
• Partner closely with the Finance leadership team to prepare board materials, monthly management reporting, and other key presentations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to guide critical business decisions across our global operations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to keep us sharp and forward-looking.
• Deepen your understanding of HERE—our products, markets, and internal organization—to spot issues early and communicate them effectively to senior management.
• Build strong relationships not only within Finance but across HERE, becoming a trusted partner to key stakeholders throughout the business.

What you bring to the table:

• +5 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting. An MBA is a plus.
• Deep expertise in strategic financial planning, modeling, and analysis—you’re confident working with complex data to drive insight.
• You’re fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and you know your way around planning, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• You know how to spot what matters in financial data and turn it into clear, persuasive recommendations.
• You think strategically and plan ahead, offering sound advice that helps build a strong and forward-looking financial culture.
• You’re a natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills—people trust and enjoy working with you.
• You’re a clear communicator, both in writing and in conversation, able to connect with colleagues at all levels.
• You take ownership, solve problems independently, and are always looking for ways to improve.
