About the job
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Operations Analyst to strengthen our Global Sales Desk team in the Americas region.
The Global Sales Desk is a team of six sales support professionals, equally spread across the three global regions to partner with our Sales teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Building on their expert knowledge of sales tools, systems and workflows, this centralized team is instrumental in providing sales and process support to ensure account teams can focus on selling activities and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting account executives and partner account managers in the Americas region with various activities, as well as initiating workflow improvements to help boost seller productivity.
