We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented Data Engineers working on Content related to Autonomous Driving. This team is central to multiple customer programs, focusing on verifying and delivering highly accurate and detailed content to support functional end products.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data engineers

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support the career growth of team members

• Establish team processes and foster a culture of high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the engineering roadmap

• Review and assess the team’s technical deliverables, including architecture, design, and infrastructure

• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure smooth integration and accelerate delivery of new data-driven solutions to our customers

• 10+ Years of Solid experience with GIS concepts, workflows, and tooling

• Proficient in working with location-based data

• Proven expertise in Python, with the ability to develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code for complex systems; strong grasp of advanced Python concepts

• Familiarity with various data storage solutions, including relational and distributed databases

• In-depth knowledge of ADAS, HD Live Maps, and Autonomous Driving requirements is a strong plus

• Demonstrated success in leading and managing technical teams

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating vision, goals, and expectations

• Strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute a long-term vision

• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
