What's the role?

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading sales activities in order to meet individual/team/global account quotas and generating revenue that is in line with HERE business objectives and strategy. 
  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and high levels of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned Global Customer Account
  • Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
  • Developing accurate forecasts, tracking and preparing detailed account plans
  • Recruiting, managing, motivating and retaining a team of experienced, world-class sales managers and representatives
  • Coaching the team to develop strong customer loyalty within current accounts and to help cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for the team, along with creating a strong referral network.  
  • Creating effective internal partnerships with Product Portfolio, Platform and other teams.

 

Who are you?

You will be successful in this role if your possess the following skills, qualifications, competencies and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields of education
  • 15+ years of sales experience or relevant experience with demonstrated over-achievement in both financial and non-financial targets at an Automotive OEM
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members
  • Fluent English at a business level and highly proficient in Japanese
  • Positive and flexible with a strong solution driven attitude
  • Validated people management experience with proven record of creating and driving high performing teams
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving, business communication, organizational influence skills and experience working in a cross-functional team within and across organization
  • Ability to work in geographically distributed teams.
