What's the role?

We are seeking a Partner Account Manager to join our Greater China Partner Sales team. This role is instrumental in driving growth through partnerships with Chinese companies expanding into global markets, particularly in the Wearables, IoT, Electric 2-Wheelers, and Last-Mile Delivery sectors.

You will identify, engage, and scale relationships with Chinese tech innovators that have international ambitions, co-developing solutions using HERE’s location platform to support their global go-to-market strategy.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Define and drive HERE’s partner strategy for China-based companies with international business focus, especially in fast-growing sectors such as IoT, mobility, logistics, and connected devices.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, including ISVs, SIs, OEMs, and platform players expanding globally.
  • Lead co-sell and co-build engagements, identifying use cases that leverage HERE’s platform for overseas applications.
  • Support partners in navigating international GTM challenges, from localization to technical integration and support.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful partner-led outcomes.
  • Represent HERE at industry events and partner forums to drive brand visibility and ecosystem influence.
  • Use CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, Zuora) to track pipeline, forecast performance, and manage partner success.

Who are you?

  • 12+ years of B2B partner management or business development experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or mobility.
  • Deep understanding of the China partner ecosystem, especially Chinese companies operating or expanding overseas.
  • Exposure to verticals such as Transport & Logistics, 2-Wheelers, Wearables, IoT, Retail, or Internet platforms.
  • Understanding of Taiwan and Hong Kong markets is beneficial
  • Proven ability to build and scale international GTM partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in sell-with and sell-through models.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communicator in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
