As part of the Customer Success team, The Principle Technical Support Engineer oversees day-to-day customer engagements and has an active participation to retain and grow those customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and adoption of the HERE’s technology solutions by our customers. You will ensure the solutions adopted by the customers continue delivering the expected customer outcomes throughout the entire lifecycle.
