• Be a part of HERE Platform Experience team developing complex web components enabling editing and visualization of data.
• You will be responsible for application and components, through which users will create their own Maps.
• Your work with other HERE Frontend developers and UX designers to agree on the standards within your community of practice.
• You will follow the HERE way of working, when it comes to the working practices, and the HERE Design System, when it comes to the look and feel.
• You will work closely with Product managers, Designers and Engineers to develop, test and continually improve performant front-end running in a cloud platform.
• Develop products using agile methods and tools.
• Develop commercial grade software that is user friendly and suitable for global audience.
• Plan, create and execute (manual and automated) tests for web application.
• Support production issues as part of on-call rotation schedule for entire development team.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews of your work and the work of your peer engineers.
• Participate in architecture and application design efforts.
• Work side by side with your scrum team to deliver high quality software on time.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline required or equivalent combination of relevant education
• Have built web applications and has experience for for 1-2 years using frontend technologies. 
• Worked with HTML5, SASS, LESS, CSS3, ES6, Typescript and NodeJS, Bun, Monorepos, NX, Vite.
• Familiarity with any test frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Playwright.
• Experience with git/Gitlab, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
• Software development knowledge of building scalable commercial web applications.
• Working knowledge of REST API integration in web application.
• Experience in fixing issues on UI
• Know React framework
• Have used state management libraries like Redux, Redux-toolkit, Sagas
• Familiarity with modern web application tools such as npm, git, webpack, ESLint .
• Experience with agile software development methods.
• Good to have - Has experience with web maps visualization library like leaflet, or others.
