As a Product Manager in the HERE Positioning team, you will lead the development and strategy of positioning products and services tailored for our automotive customers. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of high-precision positioning solutions both on highways and in urban environments. You will focus on GNSS, HD GNSS, sensor fusion, and camera-based localization for automotive-grade applications.

Responsibilities:

• Define, evolve, and execute the product roadmap for high-precision automotive positioning solutions

• Collaborate with engineering to build products leveraging GNSS, RTK, PPP, sensor fusion, and camera-based localization

• Translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements

• Ensure products meet automotive-grade safety, certification, and reliability standards (ISO 26262, ASIL, ISO 9001)

• Align stakeholders across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success globally

• Track positioning accuracy, integrity, and performance metrics; define improvements with AI/ML teams

• Stay ahead of industry trends and lead discovery around emerging technologies and mobility use cases

• Travel up to 15% to engage with customers and internal teams

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the automotive or location-based services industries
• Expertise in GNSS, HD GNSS, PPP, RTK, and sensor fusion technologies
• Strong understanding of HD map data, localization objects, and the need for real-time map updates
• Familiarity with integrity services and risk classification frameworks (e.g., ASIL)
• Knowledge of automotive safety and quality standards (ISO 26262, ISO 9001)
• Experience working with or integrating AI/ML systems in real-time perception or positioning applications
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution
