What's the role?

This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency and partner experience within the HERE Partner Program. It starts with contract and account reviews, maintaining partner data systems, and supporting partner activation and enablement efforts in close collaboration with Partner Account Managers. The goal is to ensure that our Partners benefit from a streamlined process, interconnected systems and fast onboarding.  

You will become part of a global Sales Operations team with presence in all global regions. You will collaborate closely with the team and engage with other (senior) stakeholders across the company, particularly in Partner Sales.     

Key Responsibilities  

  • Own the partner onboarding process for standard cases, including system setup and approval process, perform document/contract reviews, identify exceptions and route them for approval to the relevant stakeholders.   
  • Act as the main point of contact for Partners and Partner Account Managers (esp. APAC), by providing dedicated support and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively through shared inboxes and case resolution   
  • Perform account reviews and update account information in Salesforce  
  • Update and maintain internal knowledge pages, partner network catalog, collateral and maintain partner sales processes.   
  • Handle partner account deactivation and post-contract termination activities 
  • Support the preparation of internal business updates, analyses, and presentations for executive leadership.  
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize current workflows or set up new ones to achieve operational excellence

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly motivated, analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a strong communicator comfortable with working across teams and regions. 

You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, abilities, and work experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred) with  5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner / sales operations, channel business and/or partner sales support, deal desk or revenue operations. 
  • Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM software skills (Salesforce, Zuora), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), and familiarity with Tableau is considered an asset
  • Experience with and understanding of software sales, SaaS business models and deals, and contracting process   
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects; excellent organization and planning skills. 
  • Demonstrated capacity to establish internal relationships among different departments and across levels as well as create influential relationships 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Bring a solution-oriented mindset to the role, actively contributing to overcoming challenges and optimizing program processes.  
  • Display the ability to work independently, self-motivate, meet deadlines, and adeptly prioritize workload to maintain operational efficiency.
