What's the role?

We are seeking an experienced product communications professional to join our Executive Communications team and lead day-to-day engagements across our Product organization’s landscape.

 

As a Product Communications Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering clear, compelling messaging about our products to key stakeholders including internal teams, customers, and partners. This role sits at the intersection of product, communications and marketing, ensuring that our product stories are strategically aligned with business objectives and resonate with key audiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to drive product launches, keynotes, manage communications campaigns, and reinforce our brand’s reputation for innovation.

 

The role is based in Amsterdam/Eindhoven.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and Execute Product Communication Strategies: Craft and implement communication plans for senior product leaders, new product launches, feature updates, and ongoing product narratives across multiple channels (media, digital, events, internal).
  • Content Creation: Write product and executive briefs, E2E presentation/keynote development, executive messaging, FAQs, blog posts/social media content, and internal news articles that translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging stories.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the communications liaison between product, marketing, sales, and external partners. Facilitate alignment and feedback loops to ensure messaging consistency and strategic impact.
  • Internal Communications: Equip internal teams with the tools and information needed to advocate for our products, including product lifecycle management updates, talking points, and internal newsletters.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of communications initiatives, analyze engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Crisis and Issues Management: Identify potential risks or issues related to product communications and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Who are you?

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate communications, product marketing, or within a communications agency, ideally in the technology or IT sector.
  • Experience supporting global product launches and managing communications across multiple regions.
  • You are a proven communications expert who thinks ahead, connects dots and articulates thoughtful solutions.
  • Highly able storyteller (native English or equivalent proficiency) with outstanding writing skills who can thoughtfully create a range of content like narratives, keynotes, talking points, messages, as well as visual storytelling activities.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and analytical skills.
  • You are a natural multitasker with a strong sense of urgency and an acute ability to prioritize stakeholder programs and priorities in alignment with the broader company strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • You are passionate and committed, and your instincts are spot on.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and effective in complex, cross-functional, and cross-regional environments.
  • You have a university degree, ideally in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar.
