• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications, services, and tools using Java/Scala within our AWS cloud infrastructure, focusing on processing large datasets.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to the implementation of application features following best practices.
• Collaborate on technical solutions within an innovative and fast-paced setting, focusing on producing high-quality, reliable code.
• Contribute to building systems that meet requirements for availability, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Assist in building out systems to monitor deployed workflows and participate in handling failures.
• Identify, investigate, and help troubleshoot software defects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Work with team members to understand requirements, implement change requests, and address incidents.
• Actively participate as part of an agile team, engage in knowledge sharing, participate in code reviews (both giving and receiving feedback), and maintain clear communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on coding experience, preferably with Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with modern software design patterns.
• Exposure to or interest in cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
• Experience with or strong interest in full-stack development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
