HR Operations Internship - EMEA Region

The internship: 

As an HR Operations Intern, you'll gain real-world experience supporting 1700+ employees across more than 30 countries in EMEA. You'll collaborate with a diverse, high-performing global HR team that provides support to around 100 HERE offices. 

You'll get hands-on exposure in areas such as: 

• Data, Reporting & Systems - Work with employee data across our HR systems, support accurate employee process administration, and contribute to data quality checks and basic reporting. Explore how AI and automation can help streamline HR processes and improve accuracy. 

• Process Improvement - Contribute to documenting, optimizing, and digitalizing HR processes by bringing new ideas, including the use of AI tools and automation. 

• Employee Experience - Help deliver smooth onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and absence support for a seamless employee journey. 

• Benefits & Compliance - Support benefit administration (e.g., pensions, vouchers, insurances) and contribute to compliance and local policy research. 

• Global Projects - Participate in regional and global HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, Data/Analytics, or similar 

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn 

• Strong technical mindset with confidence working with structured data and basic reporting 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (able to use tools like vlookup, pivot tables, and graphs) 

• Interest in using AI tools and/or agents to support admin, data, and process-related tasks (experience with Microsoft Copilot is a big plus) 

• A natural team player with strong organization and problem-solving skills 

• Available to start February 2026 

• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in our Eindhoven office, being in office two days per week
