As a Senior HR  Business Analyst (Oracle Fusion), you will manage Business Stakeholders and translate the HR Business processes into Functional design for Oracle HCM Fusion in HERE’s HR technology landscape.  

In this role, you will:

• You will define the business needs and capabilities to ensure smooth and seamless acceptance of new features and releases. Your main focus will be on our internal customers in the HR domain.
• You will also contribute to HERE’s digital transformation by implementing AI‑enabled automation on Agentic and Generative AI.
• Manage end‑to‑end HCM business processes and Functional designs in close cooperation with Business and Product owners
• Create business requirements according to latest HR standards with build-in Fusion AI agents
• Drive automation initiatives by leveraging Oracle AI Agents and GenAI‑supported capabilities to enhance business processes, reduce manual interventions and maintain business functionality.
• Collaborate with the HR Technology AI team to embed intelligent workflows into MyHR and accelerate HERE’s digital transformation
• Support the technical team to delivery the right functionality and scope to raise Customer satisfaction.
• Lead the business acceptance process to obtain a validated approval by the Senior Business Owners.
• Manage scope and communications on the release cycles in close cooperation with the Release and Communication team.
• Ensure Auditability according to AI, GDPR and ISO standards.
• You have excellent understanding of common HR processes and Oracle Fusion in general.

You are an HR business professional with Oracle HCM conceptual knowledge. You can bridge the gap between Business and IT. A passion for high‑quality business insights to simplify complex AI - challenges.

• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy improving systems through automation, intelligence, and governed processes.
• Outstanding communication skills with senior level stakeholders on Story telling.
• Conceptual knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud business functions, data models and business objects.
• Strong skills in Business Process Modeling and Software Development Life Cycles (SAFE)
• Strong knowledge on compliance standards like ISO 27001 and 42001.
• Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Ability to work with AI‑enabled tools for troubleshooting and automation.
• Experience in Agile delivery (mandatory).
