As a Senior Account Executive, you will own sales growth and profitability with leading Japanese automotive OEM customers in the UK. You will operate as part of a highly collaborative, cross‑functional team and lead initiatives across sales, product, and technical functions to deliver strategic, long‑term outcomes.
The Team
You will join a global OEM-focused sales organization with colleagues in Japan, Europe, and North America. The team partners closely with this automotive OEM worldwide, with each region accountable for its commercial strategy and customer relationships. Your manager is based in Japan and oversees the global portfolio, while regional leads drive customer engagement and opportunity development in their markets.

Your Role in EMEA
You will lead the commercial strategy for the EMEA region, working closely with decision‑makers across this key OEM. You will identify growth opportunities, shape strategic proposals, drive regional alignment, and deepen partnerships across the full vehicle technology portfolio.
Within this OEM portfolio, your focus will be on identifying and developing new opportunities across In‑Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Connected Vehicle Services (CVS), and Highly Automated Driving (HAD). You will also engage in adjacent domains such as Electrification, Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA), and Software‑Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives, shaping proposals and commercial terms that support sustainable, long‑term partnership growth.
Your Main Responsibilities
You bring a “can‑do” attitude and are comfortable stepping beyond a traditional sales role to support the success of the Japanese Auto OEM Global Account Sales Team. You combine advanced commercial, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset and customer‑first approach.
