Join HERE’s Advanced Driving Initiatives team and help shape the future of autonomous driving. We’re building a cutting-edge web application that enables automotive OEMs to define and manage where hands-free driving features can be safely activated. This is a high-impact role contributing to a Platform-as-a-Service offering used by industry leaders like Audi, BMW, and Mercedes.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team developing a tightly integrated frontend experience that connects directly to backend services powering real-time vehicle decisions. This is a hybrid role based in our Leon, Guanajuato office, with the opportunity to work onsite two days per week.

The Role

As a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop & execute the technical roadmap that is aligned with growth strategies and balances priorities, cost, schedule, & tradeoffs.
• Turn high level business requirements into technical specifications & development stories in a collaborative manner.
• Work closely with the development engineering team to ensure that products are developed and maintained to the highest standards.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Verify team feature implementation meets the business requirements.
• Support testing and usage of the application to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish transparency around execution, risk, & issues.
• Communicate product updates and releases to stakeholders and customers.

You bring:

• 5+ years of technical product management experience roles such as Architect, Product Owner, or equivalent technical leader type roles.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development processes & system architecture.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile development environments and using Agile tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM - related field (Math, Sciences) or Business Administration.
