The role 

As Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, you are responsible for operational excellence and execution clarity across the initiative. You act as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and leadership decision-making. 

What you will do 

• Own the end-to-end operating cadence: planning cycles, milestone tracking, and execution hygiene across Product, Engineering, and GTM
• Translate strategy and senior leadership commitments into concrete operating plans, runways, and dependency maps
• Act as the single source of truth for status: risks, deltas, blockers, and decision asks 
• Proactively surface execution risks early (people, budget, data, infrastructure) and drive resolution
• Run investment hygiene: budget tracking, burn vs. runway, resourcing trade-offs, and scenario planning
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment (Product, AI/ML, Data, Finance, Legal, Sales Enablement)
• Prepare and drive decision preparation for sponsors: crisp narratives, options, and consequences
• Continuously improve operating mechanisms while avoiding unnecessary process overhead 
• Track customer engagement

You bring a background in strategy consulting, venture strategy, or scale‑up environments, and enjoy turning ambiguity into clear direction and action. You thrive in high‑ownership roles, go beyond standard job boundaries, and are motivated by impact. Furthermore you bring: 

• solid understanding of, or strong appetite to learn, the ADAS / autonomous driving / AI-driven product domain (beyond surface-level “AI buzzwords”) 

• proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior and C‑level leadership, including preparing decision material for executive forums 

• strong financial and analytical skills (business cases, investment logic, scenario planning, KPI frameworks) 

• demonstrated success operating in high ambiguity, fast-scaling environments (ventures, platforms, or large transformations) 

• excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear executive narratives 

• a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
