What's the role?

Procurement is evolving to make information easier to access, improve consistency across teams, and create better digital experiences for internal stakeholders. This internship will support that effort by helping build clear, user-friendly sourcing and category management pages, centralized trackers, and foundational reporting views that improve transparency and reduce fragmented ways of working

This is a hands-on internship with real ownership. The intern will work closely with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to translate existing procurement processes and documentation into practical, easy-to-use digital solutions in tools such as SharePoint and/or Confluence.

What you’ll do

  • Build and structure stakeholder-facing SharePoint and/or Confluence pages that make procurement information easy to find and navigate, including category information, project visibility, preferred suppliers, key contacts, and process guidance.

  • Support the creation of category-oriented views/pages for Procurement areas such as Marketing, Facilities, Corporate Services, and Technology, each tailored to stakeholder needs while following a consistent structure.

  • Organize existing documents, links, and content into intuitive, user-friendly pages that improve the internal customer experience and reduce time spent searching through document libraries.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation ensuring information stays structured and reliable as tools and workflows evolve.

  • Explore practical ways to use AI or lightweight automation to improve efficiency in reporting, reconciliation, summarization, or workflow support, with appropriate human review.

  • Support a secondary data-validation project by helping compare software contracts and/or supplier data across various internal platforms
