- Location Services, Platform Experience and Applications: connected driving, automated driving, fleet management and supply chain
- Core Content and Spatial & Dynamic Content: (SD) maps, high definition (HD) maps, advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) maps, and dynamic content offerings (real-time traffic and weather, among others
- UniMap: a highly automated mapping system that will replace our classical map-making approach. It is a set of software that allows map content to be produced and maintained in a faster 24-hour refresh cycle and in a more efficient way, thanks to automation
The Sales Accounting team, in total 9 employees, located in Eindhoven and Mumbai, is responsible for managing and administrating the revenue for EMEA and APAC.
Collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing are crucial for the success of the team.
Main responsibilities of the Revenue Accountant are:
- Invoice customers based on reports received. You should be able to validate the prices used in the reporting against the contract.
- Process Sales contracts: understand the Accounting details in a contract and be able to process it in the different systems we use
- Peer review of invoices created by colleagues
- Follow-up on questions from customers or internal stakeholders regarding invoicing and revenue recognition
- Provide documentation customers need, e.g. filling in supplier forms
- Assist in other tasks e.g. month end close tasks, internal/external audits
As a Software Engineer intern with Positioning Product, you will be part of an engineering team that has software engineers, research engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge software with a focus on continuous delivery. On this team, you will have opportunity to work with new HD Wi-Fi positioning feature research and development. The IEEE 802.11-2016 standard introduced a protocol for range estimation between an initiator and a responder. The standard defined a protocol for fine time measurement (FTM) and round-trip-time (RTT). This protocol enables two WIFI transceivers to measure their distance (range) with respect to one another.
Key Accountabilities
The related tasks during the intern period cover studying suitability of different RTT variants for WIFI positioning purposes. The related tasks cover the following.
- Planning and preparation
- RTT data collection in Tampere area
- Cleaning the data
- Positioning performance simulations and analysis using Matlab or similar tools
As a Software Developer intern with Tracking Product, you will be part of the Tracking Core engineering team. You will work closely with the HERE Tracking cloud developers and architects to create features for a new tracking product. SUMMARY OF JOB
This position will manage data, requisitions and contracts in coupa (erp/finance/purchasing system) to ensure validity and accuracy of information entered. Sourcing ops own the approval flow in coupa and ensure that all the necessary steps are completed before the contract is signed and the po is dispatched.
Directly support and interact with sourcing, legal, finance, accounts payable and internal customers globally. In addition, the person will support special projects as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract creation, purchase requests and supplier set up requests validation and management through an electronic Source-to-Pay system.
- Manages supplier setup process.
- Check compliance against Sourcing policy and SOP.
- Liaises with requesters, internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain documentation and information trail as per audit requirements.
- Manages help desk tickets, resolve within SLA with a customer-oriented approach.
- Creates a seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate instructions, Job Aids, manuals identify and implement improvement/automation opportunities in Procure to Pay process.
- May contribute to or lead Special Projects.
- Acting as primary contact for the E2E test team for our Product & Technology Function interfacing various Product & Services teams;
- Acting as primary contact for the development teams, program teams, E2E test team and our Business Systems team on deployment and release activities on Business Systems applications;
- Execute feature test cases, clearly communicate findings and proactively gather status updates of fixes;
- Design well-structured test steps, ensuring test cases with comprehensive coverage;

A GIS Data Engineer is responsible for the analysis and transformation of , with decreasing support from supervisors or seniors and having passion for spatial data.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run, modify, and execute data engineering processes and projects for the conversion and use of internal and external digital sources in the creation and maintenance of the HERE databases and related products. Assume full accountability and ownership to successfully complete these projects, following existing workflows
- Create new workflows and processes with standardization to be used across teams within Data Capture and Ingestion
- Leverage data engineering technologies like FME, ArcGIS, Python, SQL and others to transform and integrate data, or create products
- Ability to assess and manage the transition of workflows from batch processing to flow
- Provide basic GIS and spatial data consultancy for sources and processes.
- Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, which will help to increase efficiency, quality and/or reduce costs within Core Map Group. Apply influence within own local team
- Develop engineering and consultancy mindset with focus on value and cost efficiency. Deliver what is needed as end result (not necessarily what was requested at the beginning)
- Increase understanding of the HERE Databases content and product specification and the various tools and technologies utilized for database creation in general, E2E
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform pre-processing of source inputs through refinement and merging to convert them in a usable format. This includes splitting sources files into smaller segments by applying queries or macros that are provided to incumbent or other similar processes. Each source document has a different procedure to follow to complete pre-processing and incumbent is trained on how to process each type of source document
• Analyze and interpret what source inputs indicate and compare them with the existing database to determine if an update is needed to the current database
• For new map data found in source documents, incumbent updates maps in digitized mapping database by adding the appropriate code to update the database. This is completed using the required platform/tools and per defined processes.
• Perform quality checks on data input to test validity of data. This is completed with the assistance of more experienced GIS Analysts
• Participate in team meetings and discussions and share best practices/lessons learnt

Indoors is new outdoors when it comes to location-based services. Consumers and industries increasingly expect to receive accurate and fresh map content both indoors and outdoors. These services are required to guide people in complex indoor environments, to track assets in logistic centers and to produce location-based analytics. Importantly, the next generation automotive services such as advanced parking services and automated valet parking require indoor maps to be suitable also for the automated driving use cases (ADAS systems).
The HERE indoor teams work with the full stack of the HERE indoor maps product ranging from the tooling used by the map experts and customers to the content delivery mechanisms implemented on top of the HERE Platform. We also provide means to consume indoor maps in mobile, web, autonomous vehicles and support various data products.
