The Sr. Quality Systems Manager has regional responsibility for AMER/EMEA compliance team, reports directly to the VP / Head of HERE Quality Management, and is a member of the Quality Systems & Compliance leadership team. The overall objective is elevating and improving the performance of HERE’s QMS by way of audit execution and achieving Customer and Business outcomes. This is essential to the execution of the company strategy and business objectives (growth, customer success, profitability, speed, agility, etc.). This role leads various quality compliance activities:
- Plan, lead, and assist with the execution of internal and external audits related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other quality standards, to maintain, establish effectiveness, and expand Quality Management System, Environmental Health & Safety Management System including any new or future certification requirements.
- Main point of contact for ISO 9001 external Certification Body business relationship, including coordination with the Sourcing team on setting up new supplier contracts, SoW/annual Service Plans, finalization of quotes for budget planning, and confirmation of external audit plans, including communication to and socialization with internal stakeholders.

You will work in a cross-discipline design team to ensure that the UI and UX communicates the desired intent and drives user interaction. Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by considering product requirements, research insights and technical requirements alike.
- Work with product managers and researchers to test your assumptions and improve ideas.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface.
- Prepare design specifications and documentation and work with software architects and developers to structure and implement your UI solutions.
- Apply and contribute to the internal design system.
- Work on strategic design issues and present to stakeholders when needed.
- Work on the full UI stack across various services, output devices, screens and components
- Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Support and foster user centered ways of working
- Develop, extend, and maintain software products in an innovative and iteratively growing environment
- Implement tools to enhance both automated and semi-automated map data processing, involving backend/service-based software stacks, but also dashboard components for data tracking and analysis
- Apply and extend CI/CD tools and execute end-2-end ownership of your developed software stack, including DevOps and testing aspects
- Work closely with other full stack and frontend engineers on the team to de/-refine APIs and system integrations
- Work with other engineering teams and internal customers to identify new opportunities, address critical needs, and solve complex problems using your backend development expertise

As a Lead Software Engineer for Search, you will be a key member of our growing SDK engineering team. You will be part of the Search team, to develop the Search components used in the new HERE SDK, as well as related products within the company. This is an experienced position that requires fluency in the latest C++ standard. You are motivated to explore and deliver the best possible solutions to our customers with high quality. You should have a strong passion for technology and a strong customer-centric product sense. You should enjoy working outside the comfort zone and love to learn new technologies.
Milestones
In the first 2 weeks:
- Familiarize yourself with our current codebase, development tools, and team workflows.
- Engage in introductory meetings with team members and key stakeholders.
- Begin contributing to ongoing projects with guidance from the team.
In the first 2 months:
- Take ownership of a specific module or feature, demonstrating a deep understanding of its architecture and functionality.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

In the first 6 months:
- Lead the development of a significant feature, showcasing your ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to the professional growth of the team.
- Act as a technical authority within the team, contributing to the overall technical strategy.
In this role :
- You will be closely working with our team to create and to deliver world-class documentation.
- You will create new documentation for our new and upcoming products, but also maintaining our existing product's documentation including a set of examples apps for Flutter, iOS and Android.
- You will work with other teams in the company to deploy and deliver user guides, API references and example apps for our products, but also customer engineering products.
- You will develop code examples and demo applications for the documentation, and deliver this code also to our customers via platforms like GitHub.
