As a Technical Product Manager focused on developing Supply Chain Intelligence for HERE Technologies, you will be sitting across the table from our strategic customers to learn their pain points relevant to our supply chain offerings and capabilities. You will position HERE Supply Chain Intelligence offerings to address the customers' pain points. You also will look for opportunities to attach HERE Location, Mapping and automotive offerings while collaborating with cross-functional team members from other business units.

SUMMARY OF JOB
A Model Designer (MD) is an innovative out-of-the-box thinker responsible for creating and maintaining state-of-the-art financial models to calculate the financial impact of HERE products and services. The MD is highly skilled in the use of spreadsheets, complex financial formulas, python programing, AI prompting/AI super prompts, and data visualization techniques to communicate information clearly and efficiently via statistical graphics, plots and information graphics.
- Create and maintain financial models used by the sales team to show the financial impact of HERE products and services on a client’s business.
- Engage stakeholders (sales team, product groups, business units, vertical teams and clients) to capture model requirements, create spreadsheet prototypes, capture feedback from stakeholders, and automate prototypes using data visualization tools.
- Continuously update financial models based on stakeholder feedback.

The MD reports and receives direction from the head of WW Sales Enablement. Depending on the circumstances, the MD may work in a HERE office and/or work remotely. This is a global role that may require working outside typical business hours. To be effective in this role, the MD should engage stakeholders as willing collaborators to produce the best financial models in the industry. The most important personal brand quality a SA can possess is the ability to create models that help sellers close deals.
As a Senior Software Engineer, Your role will be to manage requirements and implement into our software: a compiler that collects analytics raw data from the map, and an analytics tool that gets meaningful views on the raw analytics data.
- The team is responsible of getting an insight in the maps delivered to customers. Maps are covering most regions in the world, so working with maps is working with Big Data.
- The challenge is to know what is inside the map, and to see for each country where it differs from previous versions or from other maps.
What's the role?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer that will be working on a various Java and Scala focused projects that will be focused on integrating and processing large datasets of real-time traffic data and safety related traffic events. The candidate will participate in all stages of software development including refining product vision, gathering requirements, software system design, coding, testing, release, and support. This individual will follow a documented software development process and be accountable for conformance to software quality standards including the creation and execution of unit test plans. They will also work collaboratively with other engineering teams to ensure cross-functional goals are met.

As a Platform Business Operations Manager, you will support HERE Sales Teams to migrate HERE customers to the new HERE platform as well as identifying and qualifying new Platform business opportunities for HERE.

- Review existing contracts and usage
- Validate options for new platform-based pricing
- Align with sellers on the commercial offering

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Drive HERE platform adoption and revenue by increasing the number of customers onboarded on the HERE platform and the usage per customer
- Analyze existing HERE customers contracts, provide hands on support and consult sales on how to migrate customers technically and commercially to the new HERE platform
- Support sales as a subject matter expert on HERE platform (especially adoption, usage, monetization, consumption, and processing) in customer and partner meetings

About the team:
HERE Platform Solutions Architecture team is embedded inside a horizontal architecture group which has the responsibility of defining the target architecture of platform products at HERE. Given its unique horizontal position in the organization, the architecture group has a deep visibility and influence over how various software products are designed, implemented and maintained at HERE. While individual architects have deep understanding of specific products and domains, the real strength of architecture team comes from its culture of cross collaboration and knowledge sharing within the group. Solution architecture team has an additional function of bringing customer-centricity to the group. The team works with strategic HERE customers spread across the world to build solutions for their usecases by leveraging HERE location platform. In addition to creating significant customer value, the team brings back rich insights and experience from the field which then helps further shaping of product architecture and portfolio. The results produced by this team have direct impact on customer success and hence also on HERE’s competitiveness and success. Given the criticality of work done in Solution Architecture group, it is quite common for the team to be in customer and management spotlight while at the same time engaging with engineers on finer technical details.
The team consists of around 7 architects with varying level of experience and diverse backgrounds, but a like-minded attitude towards continuous learning, knowledge sharing and collective success. The team members share a common desire to apply their expertise to create actual customer value. A common trait in the team is their ability to look wide across multiple systems and also go deep into specific components when required. We are looking to reinforce our Solution Architecture team to manage an increasing line-up of our customers.
About the role:
As a Senior Principal Architect in HERE Architecture team, you will be responsible for :
- designing robust architectures that realize strategic customer usecases. These architecture deliveries have material impact on customer success and HERE's business.
- You will be required to engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders to build a detailed understanding of the problem, derive meaningful insights out of it, design architecture to solve the problem and articulate the solution to variety of stakeholders ranging from engineering to product to sales to customers.
- You will also be required to demonstrate leadership skills in guiding/mentoring engineering teams to build implementations that are accurately aligned with the architecture. The architecture would need to address aspects like performance, scalability, security/privacy and foul tolerance in the design.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver standard digital mapping operations technical training to both new and experienced employees
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of developments in relevant areas (e.g., new tools, specifications and processes) for the assigned programs

Main Responsibilities
- Perform updates in our maps and products based on spatial and non-spatial sources. This includes analyzing the data in our maps and representing the reality in the digitized databases following pre-defined procedures represented in the Documentation of processes, Product Specifications, Customer Requirements, etc.
- Analyze and interpret what source inputs indicate and compare them with the existing database to determine if an update is needed to the current database.
- For new map data found in sources, update the database using the appropriate code and tools by following our documented processes
- Perform quality checks on data input to test the validity of data. This is completed with the assistance of more experienced Spatial Data Analysts
- Participate in team meetings or agile ceremonies to discuss and share the status of the tasks, blockers, best practices & lessons learned.
