As an Senior HCM Data & Integrations Specialist (Oracle Fusion), you will own the data foundation and integration layer that powers HERE’s HR technology landscape. You will ensure clean, governed, and reliable data while maintaining seamless integrations across Payroll, Identity, Finance, Analytics, and global HR systems.
You will also contribute to HERE’s digital transformation by implementing AI‑enabled automation, intelligent error handling, and proactive data‑quality insights.
