We work with colleagues around the world while bringing our own knowledge and perspective to continually improve HERE documentation. About the role As a Sr. Technical Writer, you will create documentation that empowers developers to turn location data into business value with the HERE platform. You will write tutorials, create and edit API references, and explain concepts in a clear and direct style. You will collaborate directly with product managers, developers, and map data experts to develop documentation for new products and new features. Over time you will become an expert in the products you document and will be an active collaborator with subject matter experts. HERE is looking for experienced Principal Software Engineers to join its fast-growing and highly motivated Platform Foundation team. The Platform Foundation is responsible for providing the enabling layers to the HERE Platform through identity and access management, accounting, billing, container orchestration, cloud abstraction, big data management, processing, and streaming services. The platform foundation services are mission-critical and meet demanding compliance, security, performance, and uptime requirements.    As a PrincipalSoftware Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on this amazing product. Within the cross-functional and self-organized team, you’ll have fun working on systems under huge load and storing a vast amount of data in the very heart of the platform - the Platform Foundation. These services are mission-critical and meet demanding compliance, security, performance, and uptime requirements. You will help run it on production with full control and responsibility. Your role encompasses defining and working on features and technical tasks in a self-directed fashion, supporting your colleagues with technical challenges, working with product management to analyze requirements, talking to stakeholders, designing, implementing, and documenting solutions as well as testing and reviewing your colleagues' work.    As a member of the team, you will-   - architecture, design, develop, test the backend components  - evaluate and choose technologies suitable for work  - elaboration and refinement of user stories  - development infrastructure (build, testing, continuous integration, delivery)  - run, monitor, and support in production, ensure our customers receive world-class service by periodically participating in 24x7 on-call shifts - team ceremonies (planning, demo, triage, retrospective)  - communicate effectively about decisions, direction, and progress, both inside and outside the team

Solution architecture team has an additional function of bringing customer-centricity to the group. The team works with strategic HERE customers spread across the world to build solutions for their usecases by leveraging HERE location platform. In addition to creating significant customer value, the team brings back rich insights and experience from the field which then helps further shaping of product architecture and portfolio. The results produced by this team have direct impact on customer success and hence also on HERE’s competitiveness and success. Given the criticality of work done in Solution Architecture group, it is quite common for the team to be in customer and management spotlight while at the same time engaging with engineers on finer technical details. The team consists of around 7 architects with varying level of experience and diverse backgrounds, but a like-minded attitude towards continuous learning, knowledge sharing and collective success. The team members share a common desire to apply their expertise to create actual customer value. A common trait in the team is their ability to look wide across multiple systems and also go deep into specific components when required. We are looking to reinforce our Solution Architecture team to manage an increasing line-up of our customers.    About the role: Your responsibility as a Lead Architect is to drive success of HERE Location Platform through deliberate, clear and consistent software design. You are expected to work with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and help create solution architectures for real-world use cases. This demands a hands-on pragmatic approach, an analytical mind-set with a solid theoretical basis and most importantly an ability to work with autonomy. A background in developing and using parallel and distributed systems, new products or platforms and technology is essential for the candidate to be able to successfully lead the architecture work. Our architects are expected to work with high degree of autonomy to own the process and outcome of their assignments. As a Lead Architect, you will be working closely with highly experienced and established domain experts to build technical solutions for various usecases.   Responsibilities: - Ensure customer success by providing detailed solution architecture for their usecases and provide technical guidance through out implementation phase. - Articulate customer requirements and solution to different technical and non-technical stakeholders so as to enable successful execution of the engineering work. - Work with domain architects and engineers to build insights into operational and cost metrics of customer solutions. - Take necessary steps to learn and understand necessary technologies, tooling and concepts as and when required the job.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the Marketo database to ensure leads are being captured, engaged and qualified through planned campaigns and programs.
