EMEA HR Team: As an HR Operations Generalist you will join the EMEA team that is part of the larger closely connected global operations team and in the heart of our HR organization. In this team you will - in addition to being responsible of Employee Lifecycle Management, also participate in multiple projects that will enhance the scope of your role as an HR Generalist such as strategic company projects, process improvements and working closely with key stakeholders. Next to all of this, the coming year is especially exciting as we are in the midst of two very special projects for HR itself i.e. we are changing the HR operating model to enable a more open upskilling and development path for the HR team as well as ensuring utilizing the right skill at the right time. Our second super exciting project is that we are replacing our HCM, which is a massive project and really will bring our HR organization into the Future of Work, helping us to become a pro-active, engaging HR team.     Responsibilities: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expertise in HR operations, and ensure the seamless execution of HR processes to support our employees and the organization in EMEA. You will join the team that manages centralized transactions to support 1800+ employees in around 100 HERE offices across 34 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our team is responsible for implementing, maintaining, delivering, and improving various harmonized, simplified, and standardized People processes across the region and at agreed service levels.     In this role, you will be focusing on Germany and MEA countries and supporting other countries where necessary.    Main tasks and responsibilities are: - Employee Life Cycle Management - Providing high quality HR administrative support and service for MEA Operations to ensure and sustain a great employee experience (onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, time-off)  - Employee Relations - Understanding and demonstrating the knowledge of law, regulations, principles and practices related to employees conduct, performance and grievance resolution. - Smooth Onboarding - Delivering new hire orientations and also ensuring seamless onboarding, leading to great new hire experience. - Employee Benefits - Managing Benefits administration for responsible countries - Process improvements - Constantly reviewing and improving processes for alignment, efficiency and cost-optimization. Looking for and optimizing automation opportunities. - Quality systems - Overall responsibility of ensuring HR processes are defined, documented and adhered to, with a keen eye for attention to detail.  - Polices - Facilitating deployment of global policies in responsible region. Reviewing and proposing changes / additions to local policies, employee communication, and deployment of the same. Providing market intelligence on policies, benefits, best practices, tactical solutions. - Overall responsibility on regulatory compliance with regards to local employment laws. - Vendor Management - Effective HR vendor management including performance monitoring.  - HR Special Projects - Supporting any HR-special projects as and when assigned.  - The Operations team works closely with and provides various support to other HR teams within our organization like Business HR, Talent Acquisition team, Total Rewards and Employee Relations.

As a member of our Customer Release and Integration team within SDE (Spatial Data Analytics and Engineering), you will play a pivotal managerial role in aligning customer requirements with internal data and compiler, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient production planning. NDS, the Navigation Data Standard, is a crucial format for in-vehicle navigation used in ADAS and electronic horizon systems.   As our NDS Project Manager, you will be the primary interface between our customers for content products and various stakeholders, both internal and external. Your role will encompass managing the successful delivery of NDS Program releases, as well as being an evangelist for our projects throughout the company. Success in this position will require quick learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement of our products and services, while growing your own skill set. About the team:    HERE Platform Solutions Architecture team is embedded inside a horizontal architecture group which has the responsibility of defining the target architecture of platform products at HERE. Given its unique horizontal position in the organization, the architecture group has a deep visibility and influence over how various software products are designed, implemented and maintained at HERE. While individual architects have deep understanding of specific products and domains, the real strength of architecture team comes from its culture of cross collaboration and knowledge sharing within the group. Solution architecture team has an additional function of bringing customer-centricity to the group. The team works with strategic HERE customers spread across the world to build solutions for their usecases by leveraging HERE location platform. In addition to creating significant customer value, the team brings back rich insights and experience from the field which then helps further shaping of product architecture and portfolio. The results produced by this team have direct impact on customer success and hence also on HERE’s competitiveness and success. Given the criticality of work done in Solution Architecture group, it is quite common for the team to be in customer and management spotlight while at the same time engaging with engineers on finer technical details.   The team consists of around 7 architects with varying level of experience and diverse backgrounds, but a like-minded attitude towards continuous learning, knowledge sharing and collective success. The team members share a common desire to apply their expertise to create actual customer value. A common trait in the team is their ability to look wide across multiple systems and also go deep into specific components when required. We are looking to reinforce our Solution Architecture team to manage an increasing line-up of our customers.      About the role:   As a Senior Principal Architect in HERE Architecture team, you will be responsible for :   - designing robust architectures that realize strategic customer usecases.
