Having a strong relationship in the automotive market, we are looking for an individual to extend our long-term success story and grow our business outside of the current perimeter. The shift from content to platform is underway and happens faster than ever. More and more customer centric use-cases are relying on location data and real-time, on demand location intelligence. As part of HERE's Automotive team, you will consult and guide our customers on their journey for location-powered services and solutions. Our goal is to always provide the best customer experience underpinned by the freshest data and newest technology.
For the EMEAR market we’re looking for a (Senior) Account Executive to drive the adoption of the HERE portfolio within the Automotive market.
***We encourage a hybrid working environment, where you can work from home, office (Frankfurt am Main and Berlin) and visit events and customers.***
As the Account Executive Automotive you will be responsible for growing our Automotive business. We are looking for a domain expert with hunter mentality, who takes responsibility for the client relationship with Tier 1 System Vendors and Software clients. You will be responsible for the account strategy and growth execution, contract negotiations and overall client satisfaction.
Business objectives
- Create own growth vision for the corresponding accounts and execute accordingly. Build customer-specific value propositions.
- Target, connect and work with new buying centers within existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for new projects to maintain and improve HERE’s strategic market position and generate further growth. Achieve revenue and booking goals.
- Orchestrate and align all contributors throughout the organization (Product, Tech Support, Marketing, other) to turn an opportunity into concrete HERE
- Leverage social selling and market trends to identify new prospects.
Relationship objectives
- Be the primary contact for the HERE clients. Understand and map the client’s organization, identify key decision-makers and key influencers.
- Understand client’s requirements, roadmap and future needs.
- Maintain and develop a consistent level of contact with existing and potential customers.
- Increase customer satisfaction by supporting all facets of daily interaction, communications, coordination towards
- Apply the value-based selling (VBS) process and be considered by clients as a Trusted Advisor by listening to and understanding their needs and consequently proposing adequate solutions.
The Quality & Functional Safety Manager is involved ensuring that an organization's products and services meet high quality and functional safety standards. The responsibilities of a Quality & Functional Safety Manager include:
- Developing and implementing quality control and functional safety policies and procedures to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and safety requirements.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential quality and safety issues and implementing corrective actions to address them.
- Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that quality and safety standards are being met throughout the organization.
- Developing and implementing quality & safety policies and procedures that comply with functional safety standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar standards.
- Conducting quality & safety assessments, safety analyses and safety verifications, to identify potential safety hazards and implementing corrective actions to address them.
- Providing training to employees on quality control and functional safety procedures, and ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining high standards.
- Managing and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in quality and functional safety.
- Communicating with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers, to ensure that quality and safety requirements are being met.
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and standards, and ensuring that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
The HERE WeGo team brings world class HERE products and services to the consumer market. We’re a team of around 20 engineers, designers and product people, fully equipped to bring state-of-the-art location technology to consumers world-wide via our HERE WeGo Apps for Mobile and Web.

You will engage in executive, professional, and technical roles in product development of HERE products for driver assistance and automated driving. The creation of these products with new or different characteristics will offer new or additional benefits to our customers and their consumers. Product development may involve modification of an existing product or its presentation, or formulation of an entirely new product that satisfies a newly defined customer need or market niche.
As a leader of the HERE product management team for Driver Assistance & Automated Driving Content products:
- You will define and guide the future of our product offerings and will lead a team of product managers,
- You will work with our internal and external customers and play a key role in customer driven product development.
- You will lead a comprehensive product strategy – from product conception and definition, through end of life. This includes the identification and validation of market problems, the collection of market information from both a technical and a commercial point of view, and the translation into product strategy and product requirements.
- You will oversee the positioning of the products in the market, creation, and execution of plans for sales readiness and marketing activities.
- You create and maintain a product roadmap that illustrates the vision and key phases of product deliverables.
- You will lead the orchestration of product management and its stakeholders in design, engineering, quality, testing, product marketing, and product operations as the product(s) move(s) through their lifecycle. You define the strategy and lead execution of long-term plans for products. This includes products’ business case creation and maintenance, as well as cost/profit control. You focus on market needs and insights to promote the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
- You lead a team and will select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure the efficient operation and engagement of the team.
- You provide leadership and direction through senior managers or manage an org-wide body of work or process.
- You are accountable for the performance and results of a significant segment of a group or a large sub-group.
- You strongly influence your team and your product strategy and you execute strategy to achieve key team objectives. Decisions are guided by company and group strategy and objectives.
We are looking for a Working Student to join our team in Schwalbach, am Taunus/Rhine Main region, Germany to be part of an international group of over 50 nationalities who are creating services for the digital world of tomorrow.
We offer the opportunity for a working student contract to work with recent location / spatial data technology. Embedded and contributing to real world projects and application.
Responsibilities:
You will be integrating valuable geographical data sources to improve the current maps and build the maps of the future. With this project, the intern will contribute to the integration of geographical data sources into the HERE products and services. This will be part of the vision of the “Reality Index” and help to embed the available location knowledge in our maps.
- The project will be connected and contribute to the mobidatalab.eu project (further information at https://mobidatalab.eu/ )
- The project will deepen knowledge about Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standardized interfaces and compliant services (e.g. WM(T)S, WFS, CSW, ...) as well as further mobility data related standards (GTFS, GBFS, MDS, DATEX II, etc.)
- Building demonstrators for use-cases, contributing to hackathons and events in the project context, data analysis and quality assessment
