As the Location Data Intelligence Team Lead (LDI Team Lead), you will be responsible for the operational and execution aspects of map data and content assets for Japan Data Portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data creation process including real-world change detection, change capturing, data source evaluation, data pre/post-processing and data publication in various formats and platform channels for Japan market. Your main responsibilities include:   - Hire, train and manage Japan Software Testing (QA) resources, and oversee daily Testing activities - Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and performance prior to release - Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters in collaboration with product managers - Manage and communicate the software quality report with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers - Prioritize and assign defects during the feature development phase or maturation phase of the program - Establish the appropriate workflow in JIRA for defect management - Create and support JIRA dashboards on defect work that provide input to the program health Software QA dashboard - Raise the alarm when defect metrics are not being met or bottlenecks in the process exist - Responsible for RCA when program targets on defects are not being met - Responsible for escalating performance issues when KPI goals are not being met - Facilitate triage meetings for defects that can’t be triaged by the relevant departments - Ensure defects are scheduled accordingly and monitor the through put of defect closure - Manage other software quality improvement efforts such as data validation, creation and development

As a Sr Program Manager, you will lead complex integration programs with two large Japanese conglomerates and their related customers/partners. You will have a thorough understanding of the software development process and have the experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams spread across multiple continents.
