As the Principal Professional Services Consultant, you will report to the Regional Head of Professional Services for APAC, who owns HERE Professional Services activities within the APAC region. You will be the delivery lead and manage a portion of the Professional Services pipeline in the Japan region, ensuring optimized contribution to the Professional Services P&L. You will own professional services opportunities through their entire lifecycle: from the collaboration with Solution Engineering, Product, Business & Solution Architecture and account teams to win a deal to the execution, on-time and budget.
You are an experienced customer facing leader with both Technical and business development skills, preferably with deep industry experience. Your main responsibilities include:
• Owning a portion of the Professional Services (PS) pipeline for the Japan region, driving regional end-to-end execution of projects and ensuring alignment with global strategic direction
• Ensuring contribution to PS revenue / profitability targets (P&L) in region
• Managing customer requirements and expectations and ensuring the success of customer engagements. Maintaining overall quality of all projects and programs within region.
• Executing PS growth plans against Booking and Revenue goals and PS attach rates in region.
• Partnering with Sales / key stakeholders in the region, actively participating in planning and pipeline management to drive new and repeat PS business / opportunities that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensuring scoping and delivery of Professional Services opportunities
• Coordinating with HERE Engineering and Product teams to ensure best in class level of execution of projects within the regional portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for all marketing and communications activities within the Japan Market. You will work closely with Sales leadership to drive specific plans and ensure best-practice alignment across the rest of APAC, while enabling local optimization and impact. As part of a matrixed organization, you will be interacting with sales, strategic marketing planning, product marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing among others.
Your responsibilities include meeting regional shared KPI’s with both the Global Marketing teams and Regional Sales Organization. Your function in this role is to manage programs that directly impact these shared KPI’s and incorporate and encourage key stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Execute or enable lead generation activities that build awareness, drive demand, create and nurture leads, and build and accelerate pipeline all while maintaining alignment to the positioning and messaging set by Brand and Product Marketing.
- Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with the regional sales team, Lead Development team, Regional Partner Marketing and peer Regional Marketing Leads, and the broader global Marketing teams. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
- Enable and manage localized marketing and communications plans including online and offline events and programs that increase awareness of HERE, generate quality pipeline, move prospects and customers through the sales cycle, and build customer intimacy.
- Maintain and develop the Japanese website (HERE.com/jp) and optimize towards engagement and conversion in close collaboration with the web content team.
- In collaboration with Partner Marketing, support co-marketing initiatives with our key strategic partners in Japan and build strong relationships with those key partners.
- Support the lead conversion process, by occasionally helping qualify inbound leads.
- Represent the larger Marketing and Communications team within our APAC region.
- Enable and coordinate with the Global/Regional Communications and Industry Analyst Relations teams within their assigned region.
- Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of all Marketing and Communications activities and programs in Japan to stakeholders and the regional leadership team.
- Build the HERE brand and develop brand affinity to achieve a tangible lift in brand attributes among the target audience. Position HERE as a leader in the specific industry space through the deployment and management of Regional initiatives.
You will be responsible for all partner sales-related activities to achieve individual, team and regional sales targets that align with HERE’s business objectives and strategy in Japan. HERE aims to expand its business into multi-Industry, and your expertise in Transport & Logistics, Retail, Tech, Media and Telco, Public Sector will be critical to build and maintain relationships with partners or potential partners. You will be involved in sales activities for HERE products and solutions, and participate as HERE's representativeto achieve integrated solutions. This includes sales support, sales operations, sales enablement, technical engineering, and solutions management functionsas the Partner Account Manager.
In order to identify the core business drivers and challenges of both the Partners and end-customers, you are expected to develop strong relationships with a diverse network of partners and alliances covering partner solution providers, regional system integrators, technology providers, software providers and consultants.
As a successful Partner Account Manager, you will ensure that the Partners are fully engaged and aligned with the vision you articulate, culminating in the co-creation of solutions that address agreed business drivers and challenges.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing, key partner alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities in Japan Multi-industry market.
- Recruiting, developing and managing strategic partner alliances/partnerships and sales opportunity pipelines and ensuring the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of partners.
- Enabling the sell with/through sales motions with Partners to exceed a sales quota and building a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Full Partner management responsibilities, including portfolio training, identifying and articulating the HERE value proposition, developing and executing the Partner business plan, and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborating closely with the HERE direct sales team and other internal key stakeholders
- Establishing and building executive relationships within the Partner ecosystem
- Accurately forecasting revenue and bookings and generating timely, quality data inputs in Salesforce
- Evaluating market trends and providing analysis and recommendations to management.
As the Sr. Account Executive you will be responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives with a leading French - Japanese Auto OEM. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative cross functional team and therefore, required to develop and lead various internal and external, cross functional projects to successful completion. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: prospecting content, In Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Connected Vehicle Services (CVS) and Highly Automated Driving (HAD) opportunities in all parts of the business at the client, creating the strategy to establish and collaborate the business with the client, leading the process of developing proposals / Term Sheets and ensuring successful signing of contracts.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Achieving assigned sales targets for the growth of company.
- Driving the revenue of the program by monitoring and optimizing revenue from assigned business.
- Developing and executing the sales strategy for the assigned market and accounts.
- Leading projects and aligning with local & global teams for the assigned customer(s).
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations.
- Strengthen relationships as a trusted advisor for the various stake holders of existing and potential customers (the leading Japanese OEM, its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) across multiple levels of organization and external parties in assigned business segments.
- Working with key customers to identify future product requirements for HERE's location-based solutions and services and communicating the requirements to product and operational teams within the organization.
- Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports and information.
- Executing targeted customer training and workshops.
