- Advising, engaging and educating our internal stakeholders and our works councils on consultation practices and deadlines, collecting all relevant information and managing the information or approval process
- Planning, preparing, and facilitating regular and subject-matter related meetings with our works councils
- Liasing and collaborating with cross-functional teams , employees and managers, on matters conected to our works councils, including employee complaints received by our works councils.
- Working closely with the business and other stakeholders for the successful roll-out of company programs, policies and initiatives and on communications with employees
- Working closely with our Employment Legal Counsel to stay up to date with legal changes, developments in the external market and address complex topics proactively as well as communicating to stakeholders and our works councils on the legal and operational risks on such topics.
