As Legal Counsel, you will be a point of contact to provide legal support focused on supporting certain sales and sourcing contracts as well as providing solution-oriented practical advice. You will be a member of the AMER Legal Team, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel (located in USA), and a member of the broader Global Legal Team, which is comprised of highly qualified and experienced lawyers located around the world. Main Responsibilities
- Review and redline various types of inbound/outbound commercial contracts for parties located in the United States. Canada, and Latin America (including NDAs, evaluation agreements, vendor agreements, master services agreements, data acquisition agreements).
- Negotiate commercial contracts with opposing counsel.
- Communicate via email and phone with a variety of internal business stakeholders.
