This is an entry-level developmental role with mentoring support from the more experienced DIA analysts and the DIA team lead. The incumbent of this job is expected to contribute to the validation and verification of Map Features for the expansion and maintenance of content products for a specific geographic area.   Perform admin data input processing and analysis. Perform POI integration activities based on the quality parameters. Perform customer issue analysis and GIS related activities and support other stakeholders. Perform high priority and change detection activities with help fo probe and other source data. Participate in projects to develop improved map creation processes. Under the close support of a more experienced Analyst or Team Lead, conducts database testing, real-world testing and inspection within a defined area as part of database ownership. Source data input processing and analysis. Provide support for JIRAs, Map Feedback, Map Jobs, etc.

The Executive Assistant will be part of the CFO Office team and will work closely with the CFO (Adeel Manzoor), his Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the CFO team, ensuring the CFO and his team are operating at peak performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Chief Financial Officer and the Chief of Staff will often heavily rely on the Executive Assistant, trusting that work will be handled efficiently, fast, proactively and to the highest standards in the CFO’s name. In addition to the daily administrative tasks and responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will be the “eyes and ears” of the CFO, having access to influential individuals, and partners to our company. Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes.   - Proactive support of CFO’s day-to-day business, ensuring the CFO’s time is focused on the highest value activities and business issues. Anticipate needs and accomplishes responsibilities without direction. - Complex and articulate diary management (of a very active agenda), which includes coordination and management of appointments and events with high profile partners and customers. Prepares end-to-end agendas and management of all logistics and itineraries. Together with the CFO Chief of Staff, take decisions to prioritize requests based on shifting business priorities, allocating appropriate amount of time and ensuring that all meeting details are accurate.  - Preparation of complex and detailed travel itineraries (domestic & internationally) including flight and hotel bookings, transfers, appropriate travel visas, and expense claim management - Coordination of communications between the CFO and internal or external stakeholders. Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information and use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals. - Develop collaborative relationships with others who have a diverse set of working styles and perspectives. - Working closely with the CFO and his Chief of Staff to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and activities. As the global NDS team (8 colleagues) continues to grow due to the increasing demand for NDS deliveries in support of autonomous OEM drive functionality, we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Germany/ Netherlands. As a member of our Customer Release and Integration team within SDE (Spatial Data Analytics and Engineering), you will play a pivotal managerial role in aligning customer requirements with internal data and compiler, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient production planning. NDS, the Navigation Data Standard, is a crucial format for in-vehicle navigation used in ADAS and electronic horizon systems.   As our NDS Project Manager, you will be the primary interface between our customers for content products and various stakeholders, both internal and external. Your role will encompass managing the successful delivery of NDS Program releases, as well as being an evangelist for our projects throughout the company. Success in this position will require quick learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement of our products and services, while growing your own skill set. You will be the pivotal force driving the business success of our NDS product portfolio, with increasing revenue impact.   As the NDS Project Manager, you will: - Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication related to the NDS program(s). - Be accountable for product configuration, aligning specifications with customer approval. - Take end-to-end responsibility for NDS customer release planning and execution, tracking progress and ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery of the program, including handling escalations. - Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, and remove blockers. Define priorities and effectively manage planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful release delivery. - Communicate complex product information to all relevant HERE stakeholders and customers. - Manage the performance of external partners (suppliers). - Be accountable for maintaining quality standards and ISO/A-Spice certifications. - Ensure enhanced customer satisfaction and increased process efficiency through quality improvement efforts, including coordinating and leading investigations and resolutions of quality incidents, facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings, and more. - Inspire managers and leaders to take action and influence wider stakeholders outside GCO for overall portfolio success. As the NDS Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our NDS program and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high quality standards.
