Adapting emerging Agile mindsets and principles, the Talent Acquisition team is  quickly becoming the "go to" team in the areas of talent market intelligence, industry trends, technology advancements, and other innovations that help benefit our entire People organization.   As a Coordinator your responsibilities include the following: - Review and collaborate with Recruiters to translate the job description into job ads - Proof read job ads for bias language, gender neutrality, and adherance to other Job Ad guidelines - Schedule phone and on site/virtual interviews - Set up and collect feedback forms. - Proofing, reviewing and submitting paperwork for hiring & onboarding.  - Review ATS statuses to ensure accurate reporting metrics. - Interact with other departments and organize cross-functional meetings pertaining to Talent Acquisition Activity. - Colloabarating with team memebers on ad-hoc projects  - Ocassionaly, help with candidate sourcing activity

 Overview     The Lead Development Team is critical first point of contact for prospective customers at HERE Technologies.  The team is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound calling campaigns and dispatching leads to sales channels according to set processes in AMER, EMEA and APAC. The Lead Development Team works closely with the Customer Organization to achieve pipeline creation targets and support deal closure. This team also works in close cooperation with Brand Revenue managers whether Regional, industry focused or Partner to support the success of their campaigns.      The Lead Development Support Specialist Intern will work as the first point of contact for Lead Development Representatives (LDR) in the three regions get fast access to internal knowledge base. This role will document replicable successes and help sharing these as best practices across regional LDR teams.  The Lead Development Support Specialist will keep track of identified knowledge gaps and coordinate training plans to close these.    Strategic Value of Role   - Ensure access to internal resources and knowledge base for LDR in the three regions by acting as a hotline and proactively pushing actionable assets  - Document LDR successes for quicker replication across the world and sharing within Brand and Customer Organizations  - Enable LDR managers to focus on performance and productivity management    Responsibilities   - Ensure first line of support for access to marketing materials, process documentation, training materials and other internal resources  - Distribute information on on-going campaigns, events and other Revenue Brand initiatives in a timely, actionable and consistent manner across regions  - Document identified knowledge gaps to enable LDR Managers to create adequate training plans  - Document replicable successes to be shared as best practices across LDR teams    -
