What’s the Role?
As Sr Financial Analyst, you will become part of the global Finance and Control team and be based in Eindhoven. You will assist in financial planning, reporting and analysis for HERE’s Customer organization both regionally and globally. This includes monthly forecasting, annual planning, long term financial planning, ad hoc analysis for all aspects of the business including management of revenue, cost of sales and operating expenses. - MBA preferred; bachelor's degree acceptable or combination of education and relevant experience.

Our team of 5 is searching for an experienced developer to join us in enabeling Private Map making. You will work on two Scala-based backend services that enable the whole private map making flow using AWS S3, Cassandra, Redis, Postgres, and Kubernetes. We also have three backend services that we keep the lights on.
- Architecture, design, develop, test the backend components
- Run, monitor, and support them running in production
- Elaboration and refinement of user stories
- Development infrastructure (build, testing, continuous integration)
- Team ceremonies (planning, demo, triage, retrospective)
- Documentation (deliverables, wiki)
- Evaluate and choose technologies suitable for work
- Communicate effectively about decisions, direction, and progress, both inside and outside the team
- Ensure our customers receive world class service by periodically participating in 24x7 on-call shifts (~1 week every 2 months)

The Revenue Marketing team is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns in alignment with sales objectives to grow pipeline with new and existing customers​. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and activities to support sales pipeline and scale our demand generation strategy to increase the conversion of MELS to MQLs and generate a robust marketing pipeline.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive global marketing strategy and high touch marketing activities and programs that increase awareness of HERE, generate quality pipeline, move prospects and customers through the sales cycle, and build customer intimacy.
- Analyze data and identify insights to identify new areas of growth, optimize channel mix and modify campaign strategies.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to increase acquisition, drive demand, create and nurture leads, and build and accelerate pipeline in alignment with Sales and Product & Portfolio Marketing.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Regional Marketing teams to develop success criteria, define audiences, drive lead generation and optimize conversion.
- Measure, analyze, and report out on marketing contribution to revenue to senior stakeholders.
